Billing Software for Hospitals & Clinics
Running a small hospital or clinic means juggling patient records, appointment schedules, and billing at the same time — often with three different tools. LKG for Billing brings all of it into a single optional module you can switch on when you need it.
Turn on the Hospital module when you need it
LKG for Billing ships with GST-compliant invoicing, customer tracking, and reporting out of the box, and includes an optional Hospital & Pharmacy module for healthcare businesses. You enable it from Settings — it stays out of the way for businesses that don't need it, and switches on OPD, IPD, patient management, appointments, lab and pharmacy billing when you do.
Once enabled, the Hospital summary dashboard gives you a single view of what's happening across your facility — patient counts, appointments, and OPD/IPD activity — without digging through separate screens.

Keep patient records organized
Every patient who walks in gets a record in the Patients screen — demographics, contact details, and visit history, all searchable so front-desk staff can pull up a returning patient in seconds instead of re-entering their details every visit.

This patient record is what ties together everything downstream: OPD consultations, IPD admissions, lab orders, and the eventual bill. You're not maintaining a separate patient list in a register or spreadsheet — it's the same system that generates the invoice at the end of the visit.
Manage OPD with appointments and a token queue
For outpatient departments, the Appointments screen handles scheduling — booking a patient against a doctor and time slot, and tracking whether they've shown up. Alongside appointments, a token-queue view helps front-desk and nursing staff manage walk-in flow during busy OPD hours, so patients are seen in order without a paper token system.

Consultations recorded against a patient visit feed directly into billing — so when a patient's OPD visit wraps up, the consultation fee is already on their bill rather than something the billing desk has to reconstruct manually.
Billing that covers the whole patient journey
The Hospital module supports the full range of things a small facility bills for:
- OPD consultations — doctor fees tied to a patient visit
- IPD admissions — patients, wards, and beds tracked through a stay
- Diagnostics — lab and scan orders linked to the patient record
- Operation theater and blood bank — for facilities that handle procedures
- Vaccination records — tracked alongside other patient activity
- Pharmacy billing — dispensing medicines against a prescription, billed in the same system as everything else
Because patient records, appointments, and billing all live in one place, you get consistent GST-compliant invoices regardless of whether the charge came from a consultation, a lab test, or the pharmacy counter — and your financial reports (P&L, GST report, receivables) reflect the whole facility, not just one department.
Start free, scale as you grow
If you're running a small clinic and want to try this without commitment, the offline app's Free plan costs ₹0 forever, needs no credit card, and never expires — it includes 10 invoices/month, 10 customers, 20 products, and unlimited users on the same LAN network, which is often enough for a single-doctor clinic just getting started. If you'd rather try the cloud experience, there's a free 30-day cloud trial with the same limits, no card required. See the full breakdown of paid plans on the pricing page, or head to download to get started.
