Google API Services and Limited Use Disclosure

LKG for Billing's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

LKG for Billing offers an optional integration with Google Drive that lets you back up your business database to your own Drive account. This integration is only activated when you explicitly connect your Google account from the application settings.

Google API scopes we request

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — used to create and update backup files inside a folder that LKG for Billing creates in your Drive. This scope only grants access to files the application itself creates or that you explicitly open with it; it does not allow access to any other files in your Drive.
• openid, email, profile — used only to identify your Google account when you sign in or connect Drive, so we can associate the backup with the correct workspace.

How we use Google user data

Backup files containing your business data (customers, invoices, products, payments, etc.) are uploaded to the dedicated folder in your Drive on a schedule you control. We do not read the contents of these files on our servers beyond what is required to perform the backup or restore operation you have requested.

Limited Use compliance

Specifically, data obtained via Google APIs is:

• used only to provide the backup feature you have enabled;
• never used for advertising, ad personalisation, or sold to third parties;
• never used to train generalised or third-party machine-learning models;
• accessed by humans only with your explicit consent, for security investigations, to comply with applicable law, or for aggregated and anonymised debugging.
• never transferred to other apps except as necessary to provide the backup feature;
• accessed by our staff only with your explicit consent, for security investigations, to comply with applicable law, or for aggregated and anonymised debugging.

Deleting your Google Drive backup data

To delete backup files created by LKG for Billing, open your Google Drive, navigate to the folder named "LKG for Billing Backups", and delete the files or the entire folder. You can also request deletion of all your application data by contacting us at support@lkgforit.com. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Revoking access

You can disconnect the Google Drive integration at any time from within LKG for Billing's settings, or by visiting your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and revoking access for "LKG for Billing". Revoking access does not delete files already in your Drive; follow the deletion steps above to remove them.
