Approvals
View and manage pending user registrations. The Approvals page displays users who have registered and are awaiting approval to access the business.
Navigate to Administration → Approvals from the sidebar.
Page Controls
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Search bar | Search pending users by name or email |
Pending Users Table
The table displays users awaiting approval:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| User ID | Unique user identifier (e.g., b8fada34...) |
| Full Name | Full name of the registered user |
| User's email address | |
| Roles | Assigned role — e.g., User |
| Registration Date | Date and time when the user registered |
| Actions | Approve or reject the user |
The table supports pagination with row count display.
Actions
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Approve | Grant the user access to the business — they can log in and use the system |
| Reject | Deny the user access — they will not be able to log in |
How to Use
- Navigate to Approvals from the sidebar under Administration
- Review the list of pending user registrations
- Use the search bar to find a specific user
- Check the user's name, email, and registration date
- Click Approve to grant access or Reject to deny access
