1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LKG for Billing ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LKG for Billing provides cloud-based billing and invoicing software for businesses. The Service includes features for customer management, product catalog, invoice generation, payment tracking, inventory management, and reporting.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is available through various subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled
• Price changes with 30 days advance notice

5. Free Trial

We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or continue with limited features.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain all rights to your data, and you may export or delete your data at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.5% uptime for the Service. The service might be briefly down for upgrades or maintenance during non-office hours, with or without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LKG for IT Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LKG for IT Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Google Drive Integration

LKG for Billing offers an optional Google Drive integration that allows you to back up your business data to your own Google Drive account. This feature is entirely optional and must be explicitly activated by you in the application settings.

User Consent and Control

By connecting your Google account, you authorise LKG for Billing to:

• Create a dedicated folder ("LKG for Billing Backups") in your Google Drive;
• Upload, update, and read backup files within that folder only;
• Use your Google account email solely as a unique identifier for your workspace.

Restrictions

LKG for Billing will never:

• Access, read, or modify files in your Drive outside the dedicated backup folder;
• Transfer your Google user data to any third party;
• Use your Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the backup feature.

Google API Compliance

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google APIs Terms of Service.

Disconnecting Google Drive

You may disconnect the Google Drive integration at any time from LKG for Billing's Settings → Backup → Google Drive, or by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and revoking access for "LKG for Billing". Disconnecting does not automatically delete files already in your Drive; you may delete those manually from the backup folder.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
