GST Report

The GST Report provides monthly GST tax data for your business, showing total sales, taxable amounts, and GST breakdown by component and rate. Use it for GST return filing and tax compliance.

Navigate to Tax Report from the sidebar.

Page Controls

ControlDescription
Year dropdownSelect the financial year (e.g., 2026)
Month dropdownSelect the month (e.g., March)
Download ExcelDownload the GST report as an Excel file

Summary Cards

Three summary cards are displayed showing the monthly overview:

CardDescription
Total SalesTotal sales amount for the selected month (₹)
Taxable AmountTotal taxable amount before GST (₹)
Total GSTTotal GST collected for the month (₹)

The heading shows "SUMMARY FOR [MONTH] [YEAR]" (e.g., "SUMMARY FOR MARCH 2026").


GST Breakdown

The GST Breakdown section shows tax collected by each GST component:

ComponentGST component — CGST (Central GST), SGST (State GST), IGST (Integrated GST)
AmountTax amount collected for each component (₹)

The Total GST row (highlighted) shows the sum of all components.

  • CGST + SGST applies to intra-state sales (within the same state)
  • IGST applies to inter-state sales (between different states)

GST Rate-Wise Split

The rate-wise split table breaks down sales and tax by each GST rate:

GST AmountTotal GST collected at that rate (₹)
% of Taxable SalesProportion of taxable sales at that rate (%)

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Tax Report from the sidebar
  2. Select the Year and Month from the dropdowns
  3. Review the summary cards for total sales, taxable amount, and GST collected
  4. Check the GST Breakdown for CGST, SGST, and IGST amounts
  5. Review the GST Rate-Wise Split to see tax distribution by rate
  6. Click Download Excel to export the data for GST return filing
tip

For GST return filing, select the month matching your filing period. Use the downloaded Excel file to prepare GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns.
