Partywise Profit & Loss

このローカライズ済みガイドでは、LKG for Billing におけるページの目的、主なフィルター、表、ステータス、操作を説明します。

The Partywise Profit & Loss report shows profit and loss grouped by each party (customer). Use it to identify your most and least profitable customers.

Partywise Profit & Loss Report

ページ操作​

操作説明
FromStart date for the reporting period (DD-MM-YYYY)
ToEnd date for the reporting period (DD-MM-YYYY)
GenerateGenerate the report for the selected date range

サマリーカード​

Four summary cards are displayed at the top after generating the report:

カード説明
Total RevenueTotal income from all parties during the period (₹)
Cost of GoodsTotal cost of goods/services across all parties (₹)
Gross ProfitTotal Revenue minus Cost of Goods (₹)
Profit MarginOverall profit margin percentage (%)

Party Summary​

The table header shows the total party count (e.g., "PARTY SUMMARY (3 PARTIES)").

Party / CustomerCustomer name (e.g., XYZ Retail Solutions, Premium Enterprises, ABC Technologies Pvt Ltd)
InvoicesNumber of invoices for the customer
RevenueTotal revenue from the customer (₹)
CostTotal cost of goods/services for the customer (₹)
Gross ProfitRevenue minus Cost for the customer (₹)
Margin %Profit margin percentage for the customer (%)

The table supports pagination with configurable Items per page (e.g., 1, 5, 10).

使い方​

  1. メニューからこのページを開きます。
  2. Click the Partywise Profit & Loss card
  3. Set the From and To dates to define the reporting period
  4. Click Generate to load the report
  5. Review the summary cards for overall profitability
  6. Analyze the Party Summary table to compare profitability across customers
  7. Identify customers with low or negative margins for pricing review
ヒント

Use this report alongside the Billwise Profit & Loss report to drill down from customer-level profitability to individual invoice-level details.
