The Inventory Report provides a comprehensive overview of your stock count and total inventory value. It displays all inventory items with their current stock levels, unit prices, stock values, and status at a glance.

操作説明
Inventory Dashboardメニューからこのページを開きます。
View All ItemsView all inventory items
Refresh buttonRefresh the report data

サマリーカード

Four summary cards are displayed at the top showing the inventory overview:

カード説明
Total ItemsTotal number of inventory items in the system
Total Inventory ValueTotal value of all inventory stock (₹)
Low Stock ItemsNumber of items that are running low on stock
Out of Stock ItemsNumber of items that are currently out of stock

An additional summary on the right shows the Total Value (₹) across all inventory items.


Inventory Items Table

The table lists all inventory items with the following columns:

ProductName of the inventory item
Stock QtyCurrent quantity of stock available
Unit PricePrice per unit of the item (₹)
Stock ValueTotal value of the stock (Stock Qty × Unit Price) (₹)
StatusCurrent stock status — In Stock, Low Stock, or Out of Stock

Stock Status

Items are categorized into three statuses:

In StockSufficient stock available
Low StockStock is below the minimum threshold — reorder recommended
Out of StockNo stock available — immediate reorder needed

Low stock and out of stock items are highlighted for quick identification. Use the summary cards to quickly see how many items need attention.


使い方

  1. メニューからこのページを開きます。
  2. Review the summary cards for a quick overview of total items, inventory value, and stock alerts
  3. Scan the table for items with Low Stock or Out of Stock status
  4. Click View All Items to navigate to the full inventory items list for further actions
  5. Use Inventory Dashboard to see detailed inventory analytics
ヒント

Regularly check this report to identify items that need restocking. Focus on Out of Stock items first, then address Low Stock items to avoid stockouts.
