The Billwise Profit & Loss report shows the profit and loss incurred in each transaction. Use it to analyze profitability at the individual invoice level.

Billwise Profit & Loss Report

ページ操作​

操作説明
FromStart date for the reporting period (DD-MM-YYYY)
ToEnd date for the reporting period (DD-MM-YYYY)
GenerateGenerate the report for the selected date range

サマリーカード​

Four summary cards are displayed at the top after generating the report:

カード説明
Total RevenueTotal income from all invoices during the period (₹)
Total CostTotal cost of goods/services across all invoices (₹)
Gross ProfitTotal Revenue minus Total Cost (₹)
Profit MarginOverall profit margin percentage (%)

Invoice Details​

The table header shows the total record count (e.g., "INVOICE DETAILS (6 RECORDS)").

Invoice #Invoice number (e.g., INV-006, INV-007)
DateDate of the invoice
CustomerCustomer name (e.g., Premium Enterprises, ABC Technologies Pvt Ltd, XYZ Retail Solutions)
StatusPayment status badge — Paid (green), Partially Paid (orange)
RevenueTotal revenue from the invoice (₹)
CostCost of goods/services for the invoice (₹)
Gross ProfitRevenue minus Cost for the invoice (₹)
Margin %Profit margin percentage for the invoice (%)

The table supports pagination with configurable Items per page (e.g., 10, 50, 100).

使い方​

  1. メニューからこのページを開きます。
  2. Click the Billwise Profit & Loss card
  3. Set the From and To dates to define the reporting period
  4. Click Generate to load the report
  5. Review the summary cards for overall profitability
  6. Scroll through the Invoice Details table to see profit/loss per invoice
  7. Identify invoices with low or negative margins for review
ヒント

Compare the Margin % across invoices to identify which transactions are most profitable and which may need pricing adjustments.
