👤 Profile & Account Settings
Manage your personal information, change your password, verify your email, and view your business access — all from the Profile page.
Overview
The Profile page allows you to:
- View and update your personal information
- Change your account password
- Verify your email address via OTP
- View all businesses you belong to and your roles in each
Accessing Your Profile
Click on your user avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile, or navigate directly to /profile.
Personal Information
The Personal Information section displays your core account details.

Your email address is read-only and cannot be changed from the Profile page. It is the identifier used for login and notifications.
Updating Your Name
- Navigate to the Profile page
- Edit the Full Name field
- Click Update Profile to save
My Businesses and Roles
If you are associated with one or more businesses, this section shows all businesses you have access to and the roles assigned to you in each.

:::tip Multi-Business Access If you belong to multiple businesses, each is listed with its own set of roles. You can switch the active business using the business switcher in the application header. :::
Email Verification
A verified email address is required to use certain features such as starting a subscription trial.
Verification Status

How to Verify Your Email
- Go to the Email Verification section on the Profile page
- Click Verify Email — a one-time password (OTP) is sent to your email
- An OTP dialog appears — enter the code from your email
- Click Submit to complete verification
If you do not receive the OTP, check your spam/junk folder. The OTP expires after a short window — request a new one if needed.
Security Settings — Change Password
Change your account password at any time from the Security Settings section.
Steps to Change Your Password
- Click Change Password in the Security Settings section
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter your New Password
- Re-enter it in Confirm New Password
- Click Save Password
:::tip Password Requirements Your password must meet all of the following:
- Minimum 8 characters
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
- At least one number (0–9)
- At least one special character (e.g.,
!@#$%^&*()) :::
If your new password and confirm password do not match, an error message is shown inline and the password will not be saved.
Cancel Password Change
Click the Cancel button (or the ✕ icon) to close the password form without saving any changes.
