Billing History
View all subscription payment transactions, filter by status or date range, and download invoices for your records.
Navigate to Subscription → Billing History from the sidebar.

Summary Cards
Two summary cards are displayed at the top:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Paid | Total amount paid across all transactions (₹) |
| Completed Payments | Total number of completed payment transactions |
Filters
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| All Statuses dropdown | Filter by payment status — All Statuses, Completed, Captured, Pending, Failed, Refunded |
| Start Date | Filter transactions from this date |
| End Date | Filter transactions up to this date |
| Clear Filters | Reset all filters to default |
Payment Transactions
The table header shows the record count (e.g., "1 transaction(s) found").
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date | Date and time of the payment |
| Description | Plan name the payment covers (e.g., Basic User Plan) |
| Billing Period | Date range the payment covers (e.g., 30 Mar - 30 Apr 2026) |
| Amount | Amount charged (₹) |
| Status | Payment status badge — Captured (green), Completed, Pending, Failed, Refunded |
| Payment ID | Razorpay payment reference ID |
| Refund Info | Refund details (if applicable) |
The table supports pagination with row count display.
Transaction Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Captured | Payment captured by the payment gateway |
| Completed | Payment successfully completed |
| Pending | Awaiting gateway confirmation |
| Failed | Payment attempt failed |
| Refunded | Amount refunded to original payment method |
| Cancelled | Transaction cancelled |
Need Help?
The bottom section provides three help cards:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Download Invoices | Click on the download button next to completed payments to get invoices |
| Payment Issues | If you encounter any payment issues, contact the support team for assistance |
| Understanding Billing Periods | Each billing period lasts for one month from your subscription's start date |
How to Use
- Navigate to Billing History from the sidebar under Subscription
- Review the summary cards for total paid amount and completed payments count
- Use the Status dropdown to filter by payment status
- Set Start Date and End Date to filter by date range
- View transaction details in the table — check billing period, amount, and status
- Download invoices for completed payments for your accounting records
- Click Clear Filters to reset all filters
