Billing History

View all subscription payment transactions, filter by status or date range, and download invoices for your records.

Navigate to Subscription → Billing History from the sidebar.

Summary Cards

Two summary cards are displayed at the top:

Total PaidTotal amount paid across all transactions (₹)
Completed PaymentsTotal number of completed payment transactions

Filters

ControlDescription
All Statuses dropdownFilter by payment status — All Statuses, Completed, Captured, Pending, Failed, Refunded
Start DateFilter transactions from this date
End DateFilter transactions up to this date
Clear FiltersReset all filters to default

Payment Transactions

The table header shows the record count (e.g., "1 transaction(s) found").

DateDate and time of the payment
DescriptionPlan name the payment covers (e.g., Basic User Plan)
Billing PeriodDate range the payment covers (e.g., 30 Mar - 30 Apr 2026)
AmountAmount charged (₹)
StatusPayment status badge — Captured (green), Completed, Pending, Failed, Refunded
Payment IDRazorpay payment reference ID
Refund InfoRefund details (if applicable)

The table supports pagination with row count display.


Transaction Statuses

StatusDescription
CapturedPayment captured by the payment gateway
CompletedPayment successfully completed
PendingAwaiting gateway confirmation
FailedPayment attempt failed
RefundedAmount refunded to original payment method
CancelledTransaction cancelled

The bottom section provides three help cards:

Download InvoicesClick on the download button next to completed payments to get invoices
Payment IssuesIf you encounter any payment issues, contact the support team for assistance
Understanding Billing PeriodsEach billing period lasts for one month from your subscription's start date

How to Use

  1. Navigate to Billing History from the sidebar under Subscription
  2. Review the summary cards for total paid amount and completed payments count
  3. Use the Status dropdown to filter by payment status
  4. Set Start Date and End Date to filter by date range
  5. View transaction details in the table — check billing period, amount, and status
  6. Download invoices for completed payments for your accounting records
  7. Click Clear Filters to reset all filters
