The Balance Sheet provides a snapshot of your business's financial position at a specific point in time — showing what you own, what you owe, and your net worth.

Yhteenvetokortit
Four summary cards are displayed at the top after generating the report:

|---|---|
| Total Assets | Total value of all assets owned by the business (₹) |
| Total Liabilities | Total value of all obligations owed by the business (₹) |
| Total Equity | Net worth — Assets minus Liabilities (₹) |
| Status | Balance status — Balanced (green) if Assets = Liabilities + Equity, or Unbalanced (red) if not |
Report Header
The report displays:
- Business name (e.g., "Demo Business")
- As of date (e.g., "As of 30 March 2026")
- Summary equation — Total Assets (₹) = Total Liabilities (₹) + Total Equity (₹)
Assets Section
Lists all asset accounts and their balances:

| Amount | Balance of the account as of the selected date (₹) |
The Total Assets row shows the sum of all asset accounts.
Liabilities Section
Lists all liability accounts and their balances:

| Amount | Balance of the account as of the selected date (₹) |
The Total Liabilities row shows the sum of all liability accounts.
Equity Section

Käyttöohje
- Avaa tämä sivu valikosta.
- Click the Balance Sheet card
- Select the As Of date using the date picker
- Click Generate to load the report
- Review the summary cards — ensure the Status shows Balanced
- Scroll down to see the Assets, Liabilities, and Equity breakdown
- Click Export to download the report
