Attendance

The Attendance page lets you mark, view, and manage daily employee attendance in a weekly calendar view. Track working days, half days, leave, off days, and holidays for your workforce.

Navigate to Employee Management → Attendance from the sidebar.

Page Controls

ControlDescription
Time RangeSet working hours — from/to time (e.g., 09:00 to 17:00)
Date RangeSelect the week start and end dates (e.g., 3/24/2026 to 3/30/2026)
Search barSearch by name or ID
ExportDownload attendance data
Save ChangesSave all attendance changes for the displayed week

Summary Cards

Five summary cards are displayed at the top:

Total EmployeesAll staff members — total employee count
Present TodayChecked in staff — count of employees present today
On LeaveScheduled absences — count of employees on leave
Half DayPending time-off — count of half-day attendances
OffNo check in — count of employees with day off

Weekly Attendance Grid

The attendance is displayed as a weekly calendar grid with employees as rows and days as columns:

Tue – Sun (or Mon – Sun)Each day of the selected week showing the attendance status

Each cell in the grid shows the attendance status for that employee on that day. Click a cell to change the status.


Attendance Status Options

StatusColorDescription
WorkingGreenEmployee was present and working for the full day
Half DayYellowEmployee was present for half the day
LeaveRed/PinkEmployee is on approved leave
OffLight greyDay off — no check-in required
HolidayBluePublic or company holiday

The status legend is displayed at the bottom of the page for reference.


How to Use

  1. Navigate to Attendance from the sidebar
  2. Set the date range to select the week you want to manage
  3. Optionally set the working hours (from/to time)
  4. Review the summary cards for today's attendance overview
  5. Click on any cell in the grid to change an employee's attendance status for that day
  6. Select the status — Working, Half Day, Leave, Off, or Holiday
  7. Click Save Changes to save all updates

Use the Export button to download attendance data for payroll processing or record keeping.
