🏷️ Product Labels
Print barcode labels for your products to attach to physical goods. Choose label size, paper size, and quantity — then preview and print.
Navigate to Products → Product Labels from the main menu. Keyboard shortcut: Alt+P to print selected products.
Overview
The Product Labels page has two panels:
- Left panel — Product search and selection
- Right panel — Label configuration and preview
Selecting Products
Use the search bar to find products by name, product code, or barcode.

| Select All | Select or deselect all products in the list |
| Individual checkbox | Select specific products |
| Quantity | Set the number of labels to print per product (1–100) |
The status bar shows: X products selected | Y labels to print

Label Content
Each label automatically includes:
| Element | Description |
|---|---|
| Business Name | Your registered business name |
| QR Code | Generated from product data for scanning |
| Product Name | Abbreviated to fit the label size |
| Price | Total price including tax |
| Barcode | Product barcode with code displayed below |
Preview & Print
- Select products and set quantities
- Choose label size and paper size
- Click Preview to see the label layout in a popup grid
- Click Print (or Alt+P) to send to the printer
tip
Use Preview before printing to verify the label layout fits your chosen label and paper size combination.
