📥 Bulk Import Products
Import multiple products at once from an Excel spreadsheet. Use the provided template to ensure your data is formatted correctly before uploading.
How to Import Products
Step 1 — Download the Template
- Go to Products and click Bulk Import (or the import icon)
- Click Download Template to get the Excel import file
- The template contains the correct column headers and sample rows
Step 2 — Fill in the Template
Fill in each row with your product data. Required and optional columns:

| HSN/SAC Code | No | Tax code for the product (Goods: HSN, Services: SAC) |
| Unit | No | Unit of measurement (pcs, kg, litre, etc.) |
| Selling Price | Yes | Price charged to customers |
| Purchase Price | No | Cost price / purchase price |
| Tax Rate (%) | No | GST rate applicable (0, 5, 12, 18, 28) |
| Category | No | Product group/category name |
| Description | No | Product description |

Do not change the column headers in the template. The system matches columns by header name exactly.
Step 3 — Select Product Group
Before uploading, select which Product Group the imported products should belong to. All products in the file will be assigned to this group.
Step 4 — Upload the File
- Click Choose File or drag and drop your filled Excel file
- The system validates the file and shows a preview of the rows
- Click Import to begin the import process
After Import
- Successfully imported products appear in the Products list immediately
- Any rows with errors are highlighted with the error reason
- You can fix errors in the Excel file and re-import — duplicate product codes are skipped
