📦 Creating an Order Booking
Create a new order booking to record an advance order from a customer, including delivery location and required date.
Go to Order Bookings and click + New Booking.
Customer Information

| Customer | Search for an existing customer by name, phone, or email. Auto-saves frequent delivery locations per customer |
Use the customer search to find and link an existing customer, or type a name to create an ad-hoc entry.
Order Details

| Order Date | Yes | Date the booking is recorded |
| Required By Date | No | Customer's requested delivery or completion date |
| Notes | No | Internal or customer-facing notes about the order |
Delivery Location
| Field | Description |

| Delivery Location | Text address for delivery |
| Coordinates | Optional — set GPS coordinates to enable Google Maps navigation from the order list |
When coordinates are set, a Location Pin icon appears in the order list. Clicking it opens Google Maps with turn-by-turn directions to the delivery address.
Line Items
Add products to the order booking:

| Product Name | Search and select from your product catalog |
| HSN Code | Auto-filled from the product |
| Quantity | Number of units ordered |
| Unit | Unit of measurement (pcs, kg, etc.) |
| Unit Price | Price per unit |
| Discount % | Per-line discount percentage |
| Tax % | Tax rate applied to this line item |
Use + Add Item to add more product lines.
Order Totals
The totals panel updates automatically:

| Subtotal | Sum of all line items before tax and discount |

| Shipping Charges | Additional delivery charge (optional) |
| Total | Final order amount |
Saving the Booking
Click Save to record the order booking. The booking is created with Pending status by default.
