🔒 Reset Password

If you've forgotten your password, LKG for Billing lets you reset it in two simple steps using your preferred verification method.

Access the reset page by clicking "Forgot Password?" on the login page.

Step 1: Choose Verification Method

Select how you want to receive your password reset code.

Two methods are available:

📧 EmailReset code sent to your registered email address
📱 WhatsAppReset code sent to your registered WhatsApp number
  1. Select either Email or WhatsApp
  2. Enter the corresponding Email address or phone number
  3. Click "Send Reset Code"

Step 2: Verify & Reset

After receiving the code:

  1. Enter the reset code you received
  2. Enter your new password
  3. Confirm the new password
  4. Click "Reset Password"

:::tip Password Requirements Your new password must meet the same requirements as registration:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
  • At least one number (0–9)
  • At least one special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*) :::

❓ Troubleshooting

Didn't receive the reset code?

  • Check your spam/junk folder (for email)
  • Make sure you entered the correct email or phone number
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Ensure your WhatsApp number is registered with your account

Reset code expired or invalid?

  • Reset codes are time-limited — go back and request a new code
