Learn how to sign in to your LKG for Billing account.
Login Page
Navigate to the login page to access the application. You will see the following fields:

Logging In
- Enter your Email address
- Enter your Password
- Click Login

🎭 Demo Mode (Try Without an Account)
You can explore the application without registering by using the demo account.
- Click "Try Demo Account" on the login page
- You'll be automatically logged in with pre-populated sample data
Demo Mode includes:
- Pre-populated customers
- Sample products and services
- Example invoices and payments
- Full access to all features
All changes made in demo mode are temporary and will not affect real data.
🔒 Forgot Password?
If you forget your password:
- Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for the password reset link
- Click the link and set a new password
- Log in with your new credentials
🗄️ Restore from Backup
If you've lost your local data, a notice on the login page will remind you:
"Lost your local data? After logging in, go to Settings to restore from Google Drive backup."
After logging in, navigate to Settings to restore your data from a Google Drive backup.
❓ Troubleshooting
"Invalid email or password" error
- Double-check your email address for typos
- Ensure Caps Lock is off
- Use the eye icon to verify your password
- Use Forgot Password? to reset your credentials
Login button not responding
- Ensure both email and password fields are filled
- Ensure the email format is valid (must contain
@)
Page not loading
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
- Clear browser cache and cookies
