The Accounting module provides comprehensive financial management and reporting tools to help you understand your business performance, track income and expenses, and prepare data for tax filing.

Navigate to Reports from the sidebar to access all financial reports.

Financial Reports​

The Reports page displays report cards organized in a grid. Click any card to open the detailed report.

Core Financial Reports​

Trial BalanceView trial balance report — lists all account balances to verify debits equal credits
Profit & LossView profit and loss statement — shows income, expenses, and net profit for a period
Balance SheetView balance sheet — shows assets, liabilities, and equity at a point in time
Cash FlowView cash flow statement — tracks cash inflows and outflows

Sales & Payment Reports​

Sales TrendsView sales trends analysis — analyze sales performance over time
Payment ReportView pending, cash, UPI payments and collection analysis
Sales ReportDaily and monthly sales overview — track revenue patterns

Profit Analysis Reports​

Billwise Profit & LossView profit and loss mapped to each transaction — analyze profitability per bill
Partywise Profit & LossView each party's profit or loss — analyze customer-wise profitability

Employee & Expense Reports​

Accessing Reports​

  1. Navigate to Reports from the sidebar
  2. Click the desired report card
  3. Choose date range and filters
  4. View the generated report
  5. Export if needed
