Employees

The Employees page lets you add, view, and manage all employee records in your organization. Maintain employee details, contact information, department assignments, and employment status.

Navigate to Employee Management → Employees from the sidebar.

Summary Cards

Four summary cards are displayed at the top:

TotalAll employees — total count of all employees
ActiveCurrently working — count of active employees
On LeaveAway from work — count of employees on leave
TerminatedInactive staff — count of terminated employees

Employee Table

ColumnDescription
Employee CodeUnique employee code (e.g., EMP001, EMP002)
NameFull name of the employee with profile avatar
DepartmentDepartment the employee belongs to (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Operations, Finance)
DesignationJob title (e.g., Senior Developer, Sales Manager, Operations Executive, Accountant)
EmailEmployee email address
PhoneContact phone number
StatusEmployment status — Active (green)
ActionsEdit (pencil) and Delete (trash) icons

The table supports pagination with row count display.


Adding an Employee

Click + New Employee (top right) to open the employee details form. See Adding an Employee for the complete form guide with all fields including personal information, address, employment details, and banking & identity.
